The E-Z pull-up design allows the cleat to fold down nearly flush with the deck when retracted, creating clean, safe surfaces with minimal trip hazards. When needed, simply lift to deploy it to its full 4-1/4" length for secure handling of dock lines, fenders, and lighter anchor lines.
