Made from tough black nylon. It offers excellent resistance to moisture, saltwater, UV exposure, and harsh weather while remaining lightweight and corrosion-proof.
This slam latch features a D-style pull-up ring handle for quick, one-handed operation. It provides spring-loaded positive latching with a simple push-to-close “slam” action. Pull the D-ring to release. The non-locking design allows instant access without keys. The matte black finish creates a clean, low-profile look when installed.
It installs from the rear (flush mount) with the included "L" keeper (strike plate) and fasteners.
Suitable for center consoles, sportfishers, sailboats, tenders, luxury yachts, RVs, trailers, and utility panels where lightweight, durable, non-locking slam performance is desired.
